The patented RIM2 Eave Panel is designed to mount on the roof eave and minimize the formation of icicles and ice dams during the winter season. It delivers approximately 50% of the power output of our RIM Eave Panel. The RIM2 System is used in Class 2 areas - accumulation of 6" to 15" for significant periods during the winter.

Specifications:
  • Power Output – 16w/ft
  • Material Selection: Copper or Kynar painted aluminum
  • Heating Cable Supplied:
    • 2 runs per foot of panel
    • Model WFP-612 for 120V operation
    • Model WFP-622 for 208, 240 and 277V operation
    • UL and CSA approved for roof and gutter de-icing
  • Panel Lengths: Up to 10 feet per panel
  • Components Supplied: Power connection kit, panel splice covers, panel end caps

RIM2 VALLEY PANEL
The patented RIM2 Valley Panel is designed to mount in the roof valleys and provide a heated melt path down the valley and eliminate water ponding in the valley area.  It delivers approximately 70% of the power output of our standard RIM Valley Panel and is used in locations with moderate snow accumulation.
Specifications:
  • Power output – 16w/ft

  • Material Selection: Copper or Kynar painted aluminum

  • Heating Cable Supplied:

    • 2 runs per foot of panel
    • Model WFP-612 for 120V operation
    • Model WFP-622 for 208, 240 and 277V operation
    • UL and CSA approved for roof and gutter de-icing
  • Panel Lengths: Up to 10 feet per panel

  • Components Supplied: Power connection kit

RIM2 LOW-PITCH PANEL
The patented RIM2 Low-Pitch Eave Panel is specifically designed for integration with metal roof systems and for applications involving roof pitches of 3:12 or less. It is used in areas with heavy snow accumulation.
Specifications:
  • Power output – 16w/ft
  • Material Selection: Copper or Kynar painted aluminum
  • Heating Cable Supplied:
    • 2 runs per foot of panel
    • Model WFP-612 for 120V operation
    • Model WFP-622 for 208, 240 and 277V operation
    • UL and CSA approved for roof and gutter de-icing
  • Panel Lengths: Up to 10 feet per panel
  • Components Supplied: Power connection kit(s)

Note: Heated gutters and downspouts should be specified for eaves above walkways, driveways, decks and lower roofs.
