WarmGlo Ranked #54 in Building Products Top 100
July 8, 2008 - Bylin Engineered Systems – long recognized for its popular Roof Ice Melt (RIM) System – now has a competition for the spotlight brewing amongst its own product line.
The company’s WarmGlo Radiant Floor Heating System, with its warm to the touch, automatically controlled floor warming technology, was recently recognized by Building Products magazine as one of this year’s Top 100 Products. WarmGlo is the youngest addition to the electric heating cable specialist’s family of products. The product features the industry’s most rugged, low-profile electric heating cable that can be easily routed under ceramic, marble or other natural stone floors to put the warm floor heating precisely where it’s needed.
This prestigious editorial award is in its 12th year of inception. The product rankings are derived directly from reader response to editorial mentions in Hanley Wood publications, such as Builder and Custom Home magazines, in which WarmGlo has appeared. As one of the remodeling industry’s most credible lists for quality and innovative products, the recognition is quite rewarding for Bylin. "But what makes this award even more gratifying is to know that WarmGlo is being valued for its damage resistance during the installation process. Custom layouts give Bylin the competitive edge over other radiant floor heating products. According to the Radiant Panel Association, the radiant industry has grown by 19% in just over the last few years. Electric radiant heating alone had a 48% increase in sales between 2006 and 2007.
