Heating Cable Sets -
To minimize field labor and to provide more reliable connections,
the heating cable set is provided in pre-cut lengths with factory
terminated and tested end seals and power connections. The heating
cable is a self-regulating (cannot burn itself out), parallel
circuited (does not have the complete failure mode seen in series
heating elements) heating cable that is recognized in the industrial
world to be the most reliable available. In fact, since 1970
over 500 million feet of self-regulating heating cable have been
installed in stringent industrial applications throughout the
world.
